Your day to day duties in this role will include:
Dealing with all telephone queries appropriately and in a timely fashion.
Maintaining and updating the customer database.
Logging any documentation or information that is required for their in-house system and then ensuring it's sent promptly to the correct department or contact.
Liaising with external companies i.e. transport companies or suppliers as and when required.
Ensuring their is a reporting of day to day tasks which would include the analysis of data.
Promptly handling any amendments to price and delivery.
Processing any cancellations on orders or deliveries in a quick and efficient manner.
Working very closely with their internal sales, IT and financial departments alongside area managers.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have:
A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience of speaking and liaising with customers.
Strong communication skills.
