Operations Coordinator

An opening to work for a successful company within the Aviation industry as an Operations Coordinator has become available.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Knowledge of SAP systems/ or the willing and ability to be taught this.
- 2-3 years relevant office experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Customer service experience of a high level
- A good knowledge and understanding of Excel

Daily duties will include working within a small team of co-workers following the companies established processes. However, also using your own initiative to organise your individual work load, some of which are detailed below -
- Running reports
- Managing inventory
- Facilities management
- Query handling with vendor invoices
- Chasing Accounts Receivable
- Reviewing and assisting with customer accounts

This position is a short-term temp - perm role working the hours of 8.30am - 5pm with a 30min lunch break paying £10-£13ph.

The salary will increase up to £27K per annum, with exciting benefits to run alongside this fantastic opportunity if you are successful with the permanent position!
