Job Description

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator working within our sale hall in our busy automobile auctioneers. As Operations Coordinator you will responsible for the vehicles getting everything ready for our sales days.
We are a national leader in automobile auctions and we're currently recruiting for our South London branch.
We want you to be responsible for every vehicle going into our sales. Presentation is key for keeping track of individual cars, making sure Lot Numbers are clearly visible, Windscreens are clear and the Valeting Standards are high!
We have a large area for our sales days but space is definitely tight! We need you to utilise this space to its full potential.
There will be Sales Hall staff who come to you for help and questions so we need somebody who is well organised and runs a tight ship.

This is a full time position, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday the hours are 10am-7pm
On our Sales Days Wednesday and Friday we will need you 7am-4pm (at least you get out early on a Friday!)

The ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities and happy to drive a wide range of vehicles. This role can be customer facing so somebody who is polite and posses customer service skills would be great. No prior experience is necessary but a organisational skills are a must.

For this position we require.
A full clean driving licence.
Clear communication skills
Basic IT skills
Well Organised.
