Working at the client's office near Chester and Deeside, you will be expected to assist in day to day coordination of business operational activities and both monitor and control business operations to meet customer expectations and also achieve company goals.

Suitable working hours of 08:30-17:30 Mon-Fri.

Day to day duties in this role include:
Liaising with both the customer and VP management team to ensure a successful service delivery.
Manage the inputting of data entry to the company's field management software.
Assist the operations team by helping to overcome any service delivery challenges.
Liaising with both customers and suppliers to organise jobs and confirm working schedules.
Organise and file any relevant service documentation.

Must have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role (operations or administrative/business support focused duties).
Experienced using Microsoft Office.
Hold a high standard of spelling, grammar and punctation.
