Do you have experience of working with adults in a Social Care, people with multiple disabilities and complex needs and have a person-centered approach?
A leading national organisation that provides care within residential care, education and social care is seeking an Operational Director to lead and develop the services, ensuring staff training is undertaken as well as ensure staff retention and to meet the regulatory requirements for CQC, overseeing risk management procedures including assessments and plans for staff, budgets and income, buildings and business continuity.
You will be experienced in a similar role, well organised and confident in your own abilities. A professional qualification is desirable.
