Operations Executive/Administration Assistant

We are currently working with a leading business energy broker in Central London, recruiting for an Operations Executive/Administration Assistant. You`ll be joining a fantastic forward thinking company with a great culture, beer fridge and pool table!

As an Operations Executive, you`ll be working with the Account Management team providing administrative support. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Account Managers with day to day management of client accounts
- Liaising directly with candidates to provide assistance on their accounts
- Creating monthly reports via Excel
- Updating, downloading and analysing monthly figures
- Ensuring supplier information is up to date

To be considered for this role, you must display the following:
- Strong Excel user
- Analytical mindset
- Customer service background
- History of working within an administrative position
