About 60% of you day to day will be supporting teams of people out in the field and office based. You are going to be making improvements and helping generate change through processes and procedures.
Around 40% of the role will require you to effectively streamline how the operation is run and you will be working closely with one of the Directors who wants someone who likes to work as part of a team.
This would suit someone who has a construction industry background or has managed teams that are out in the field as well as office based.
