A growing company who have been running a successful business looking for a Operations General Manager to help improve their effectiveness and create effeciencies.

About 60% of you day to day will be supporting teams of people out in the field and office based. You are going to be making improvements and helping generate change through processes and procedures.

Around 40% of the role will require you to effectively streamline how the operation is run and you will be working closely with one of the Directors who wants someone who likes to work as part of a team.

This would suit someone who has a construction industry background or has managed teams that are out in the field as well as office based.

The company are looking for someone who is passionate and wants to help take them on to the next level. You will be someone who has that desire to improve the business and has a great ability to manage and get the best out of people.
