Job Description

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Care Leader to join a fantastic organisation in a key role.

You will head up the Operational Management of this organisation's services which includes both supported living and residential services for adults. You will report to and work with the overall Owner / Director, overseeing the day to day running of the services and ensuring compliance, quality and financial targets are achieved.

We are seeking applicants with experience of senior-level multi-site management of supported living services for adults, at either Operations Manager or Director level. You will be a team player with strong relationship-building skills. You will have good experience of achieving financial targets along with a solid understanding of CQC compliance and the delivery quality CQC-regulated services.
