Operations manager required for a well-respected, established learning disabilities provider who specialises in the delivery of high quality person centred care and support within residential and supported living settings.
Employed on a full-time basis, you will oversee the operational management of a handful of residential services across the Worcestershire and Black Country region, all of which have a GOOD or OUTSTANDING CQC rating.
Working closely with the senior management team, you will be responsible for staff management, liaising with external agencies, HR management and ensuring all care delivered is in line with CQC and company guidelines.
New acquisitions, referrals and working closely with local authorities will also form part of your job role.
This is the perfect opportunity for a forward thinking, dynamic manager who can demonstrate a proven background within the learning disabilities sector and has a great track record with CQC. Multi-site management on a large or small scale is essential to be considered for the role.
Due to the nature of the operations manager responsibilities, you will hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
A formal care management qualification and previous registration with CQC as a manager is essential.
