The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all operational elements of our office in Leicester. We are looking to fulfil this role with a candidate that can demonstrate key skills including; the ability to promote cohesive teamwork between personnel, manage the development and implementation of systems / processes, Own the leadership of internal operations and projects, establish timely planning, reporting and present information back to the business in a structured way, as well as show a show desire to continually promote improvement within the business.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the Information and Operations Director and work closely with all Stakeholders, Managers and Directors within the business. Providing quality service to the businesses internal stakeholders and external customers in all assigned tasks, whilst upholding the values of the organisation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Office Systems - oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of efficient and effective processes, including ensuring the company demonstrates quality. Actively develop Companies staff to take on greater responsibilities and ensure each department`s function is seamless / in line with the business`s strategy.
Information Systems - work closely with the IT team to ensure that companies internal systems are robust and reliable, adhere to policies and processes whilst remaining compliant.
Human Resources - ensure that appropriate supporting processes are developed, and skills are available within to allow good business practice.
Compliance / Security - work closely with the Head of IT Security & Compliance to ensure operationally the business is adhering to regulatory and compliance frameworks, PCI, ISO27001, ISO9001.
Project Management - experience in project management will be key to plan, oversee and manage ongoing projects within the business.
Customer Focus - responsible for the communication of efficient and customer orientated operations, ensuring internal campaigns are run effectively.
