Looking for an Operations role where you can genuinely make an impact?
We're supporting an innovative education provider in the search for an experienced Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across a unique and growing organisation.
This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee everything from facilities, estates, Health & Safety and compliance through to contractor management, ICT coordination & everything in between!
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading day-to-day operations across the site
* Managing facilities, compliance and Health & Safety
* Overseeing contractors and external suppliers
* Supporting ICT, assets and operational resources
* Driving process improvements and efficiencies
* Helping create safe, organised and inspiring environments
What You'll Need To Succeed
* Experience within Operations, Facilities or Estates Management in an educational setting
* Strong Health & Safety and compliance knowledge
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* A proactive, hands-on approach
