We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Regional, Operations or Area Manager who has experience within the residential care sector to support 6 homes in the Powys region
Supporting and overseeing these residential homes within the region we are looking to the ideal candidate to lead, direct, support and motivate a busy team of Home Managers and their clinical and care teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
- must be an experienced Regional, area or senior Manager with experience in elderly residential care
- will have experience of multi site management across elderly care services and an excellent commercial knowledge within social care/residential care
- will be overseeing, auditing and management of financial budgets, taking responsibility for overseeing quality and compliance and legal requirements.
It is essential lead this region of homes, shaping and developing their performance as Managers, whilst meeting expectations and identifying needs individually.
