Operations Manager (Team Leader)

Job Description

I am looking for a high end, enthusiastic and motivated Operations Manager to work closely at the side of the Operations Manager to oversee a small team of 6 based in Modern offices in Manchester City Centre. This team is a small department in a larger, busy and corporate company.

This is an exciting time as the company are moving with the times and are implementing a better working environment in today`s modern world. They have recently moved into new offices that gives that much more upbeat feel and good / happy place of work! However keeping their already and established reputable reputation.

Overview of the Role
This role supports the development, adoption, maintenance and improvement of all back-office functions for the company. The role will involve staff line management and operational performance management including compliance to standards set by the industry regulator.

This is an oversight and management role, involving the day-to-day management of a small team. You will coach, develop and mentor the team to maximise performance, therefore this role requires someone with strong people management skills.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities are detailed below, although the post holder would also be expected to perform any other duties which might reasonably be required by the business.
