Job Description

My client is the world`s leading international door to door luggage collection and delivery service. Their service allows passengers to travel to or from their destination address without any luggage.

Using cutting-edge technology and sophisticated integration combined with a high logistics operation creates a unique customer experience. Their luggage transportation service will ensure that their customer's baggage is delivered to their travel destination before they arrive while keeping them up to date with progress as their luggage is tracked by state-of-the-art technology.

Role Specification

To support their fast-growing existing & new business, My Client are looking for an operational leader to own and lead their operational division and secure their competitive advantage by:

" Develop and manage the business value-chain from order to delivery.
" Manage customer satisfaction and service
" Coordinate with 3rd party partners and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

" Working with the company leadership to create, implement and manage a mature value chain and order flow from order to delivery.
" Monitor all ops reports pre-empting and resolving any potential problems.
" Manage and ensure customer satisfaction and customer service
" Maximise all sales opportunities
" Manage efficiency's and operational excellence
" Lead and support colleagues and ensure high level of commitment and low level of attrition.
