Job Description

My client is a fast growing company and they are currently recruiting for an Operations Supervisor to join its growing Ops Department.

My client offers bespoke, cost-effective, low-risk vacant property security solutions to protect commercial and residential buildings.

A challenging but rewarding role as you will be working with a large operations team to co ordinate maintenance works across around 500 sites.
You will be supervising a team of office and on road based personnel
Training and developing team members
Meeting KPIs
Tracking results and reporting into management

You will be hungry to succeed, humble and a team player with the passion to grow a team and develop self.
You will have excellent communication skills.

It is essential that you have previous managerial experience and it would be useful if you had experience within a maintenance industry however this is desirable and not a must have!

£25,000 - £30,000 with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
