Job Description

Would you like to be part of one of the largest global network firm who specialise in Audit & Tax?

I have a fantastic opportunity arise for Operations Support to join us on a 9 Month full time contract.

Your Duties Will involve:
-You will be processing various different types of data in relation to various SAP functions.
-You will gain an understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing and payments.
-General admin tasks such as dealing with telephone queries and email via the department mail box.
-You will work alongside the Accounts Receivable team getting involved with listing, posting and banking all cheques received by the business.
-You will be responsible for raising the corporate social responsibility (CSR) donation requests, ensuring paperwork is complete before deadlines, raising payments, liaising with the business and collating audit history om budgets.

Who we're looking for:
- We are looking for someone with great communication skills both written and verbal.
-You will have great eye for detail whilst working at a fast pace to meet deadlines.
-You will have good keyboard skills
-Have working knowledge on SAP, HSBC Banking & Microsoft Excel.
