As an Optical assistant, you will make sure every customer gets a great experience when they come into the store. It means listening to what they want and explaining the client`s offers and products with a polite and professional approach.

To secure this role you will ideally have previous retail experience and have a real passion for providing fantastic customer care.

You will also have the pleasure to be enrolled on the some of finest training to help you understand the industry as best as possible. If you have already demonstrated that you`re a natural when it comes to customer care, you`re articulate, good with people with an eyemark approach and always happy to help, then you will fit right in as a valuable member of the friendly store team.
