Job Description

Our Client base in Wallingford is looking for a Customer and sales Administrator to join their team on a long term temporary basis.

Job Description
The Customer and Sales Assistant will assist the Managing Director and Production Manager in everything from web sales, order processing, dealing with existing and potential customers and answering calls. They will be responsible for the daily management of customer accounts and sales enquiries, ensuring of all the needs of the customer are met daily.
Daily Activities
" Process new orders using Sage 50 Accounts from order input to invoicing
" Build relationships with key customers and encourage pipeline sales forecasts
" Responsible for processing web sales, ordering stock and ensuring goods are shipped
" Dealing with telephone enquiries, re-directing and filtering calls for other departments
" General email admin and upkeep of folders
" Receiving and processing payments
" Maintaining accurate stock database
" Managing and booking courier deliveries
" Assist the Sales and Marketing manager with website updates and social media campaigns
