Job Description

Do you have a passion for travel? Would you like the opportunity to work for a leading, independent travel company?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office, you will be expected to support with documentation and administrative duties and have a keen eye for detail.

Benefits in this role include:

" A competitive basic salary that ranges between £20,000 to £22,000 per annum
" Working hours of 0900-1730 Mon-Sat (one day off during the week if working a Saturday)
" 20 days holidays (plus bank holidays)
" Free on-site car parking facilities
" Local public transport links (please be aware this would around a 10-15-minute walk from the nearest train station)

Key duties in this role will include:

" Prepare and produce customer holiday documents
" Co-ordinating customer communications on various topics that would include holiday updates, flight tickets and holiday payments
" Overseeing and producing vias for passengers travelling to specific countries
" Organising post tour customer reviews
