Brook Street are currently recruiting for Order Processing Agents based in Corby. This is a great opportunity to join an established company on a long-term temporary contract and contribute to their ongoing success. This will be made permanent for the right candidate.

Job role - Order Processing Agent
Pay rate - £9.25 per hour
Hours - 37.5 hours per week, covering opening times of 8am-9pm
Location - Corby
Duration - Ongoing temporary contract

In this role candidates will need to be able to show an ability to organise and effectively manage high volumes of incoming orders whilst maintaining accuracy at all times. Whilst dealing with high volume inbound orders for processing, you will also be undertaking a range of administration tasks.

It is essential that you can work in a fast-paced environment, whilst consistently showcasing your ability to work to targets as part of a large team of Order Processing Agents.

Main responsibilities -
- Handling a high volume of Orders through fax, email, and inbound calls.
- Ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Keeping in line with the targets set out for all Agents.
- Ensuring all work is completed, with no work rolling over to the next working day.
