Job Description

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a corporate, well established organisation based in Luton. My client is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator to join their busy team.

You will be working for a leading recruitment agency who are renowned within the industry.

This role will involve processing requests from clients. The key accounts vary from client to client so you will be working with a variety of different portals. The orders will come in via email and through the various portals. You will need to be able to manage a high volume of emails and have good communication skills as you will be liaising with different departments.

Ideally you will have an order processing background, have dealt with multiple portals, have working knowledge of Excel and have good organisational/communication skills.

The salary is initially £19K rising to £20K after probation. 22 days holidays + bank holidays. You acquire an additional day for each year worked and capped at 27 days. There is a contributory pension scheme, health care scheme, eye care vouchers and share save scheme. The hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
