Job Description

Are you looking to make the next step up the ladder in your career? Are you looking to join an ever expanding company? If so my client based near Radlett is seeking a Orders and Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You will have worked in a customer service office or retail background, be confident with Word and Excel and able to communicate effectively via email.

Some of your daily duties will consist of checking orders are correct and ready to ship on the system, asking for physical stock checks with the warehouse department, adding and setting up new customers to the system and building relationships with customers and keeping in regular contact to keep them updated with their orders through daily updates.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to really kick start their career. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday, parking available, company pension offered and excellent training in IT.
