I am currently recruiting for an Out Of Hours Customer Service Advisor based outside of the city centre. The right candidate for this role will be the lead point of contact during out of hours throughout the complex regarding customer service, accommodation enquires and bookings, health & safety and maintenance support.
You will be responsible to ensure all residents and guests receive a quality service and lifestyle experience that supports their time on the complex.
All administrative duties
Manage all administration and record keeping around incident management and reporting
Collect debts from current tenants
Provide excellent internal and external customer service
Deal with occasional challenging situations between residents, which may require the ability to de-escalate mis-understanding and confrontations between residents
Carry out basic maintenance and housekeeping duties
Responsible for all first aid and on site fire marshal ( First aid training is given prior to starting the role)
Temporary on going contract
4 on 4 off shift pattern (including weekends)
£12.50 per hour
