My client is looking for an Outbound Telephone Advisor, to contact their existing customers, secure follow up appointments and fill diary gaps for their various branches.
Your job role will include, but not limited to:
" Supporting the team making outbound calls to existing customers
" Filling diary gaps by booking in customer appointments
" Managing your own appointment targets
To be a successful candidate for this position, you will need to be:
" Highly motivated and resourceful
" Positive attitude is key - training will be provided
" Excellent telephone manner
" Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
" Attention for detail
" Good knowledge of Excel and Word
" Own Vehicle
This is a temporary position. The working hours are Monday to Friday, full time, 9.00am until 5.00pm (free -on-site parking)

Hourly rate of pay on offer is £8.21
