Job Description


Our client are looking for an enthusiastic, sales driven individual who can provide exceptional customer service (over the phone) to our patients and manage outbound services.

Our client friendly team of 10 is based in a beautiful city centre office where we look after the enquiries and bookings for the medical side of our business - GP & Specialist consultations, blood tests, radiology appointments and more.

Interaction with patients is across telephone, email and live chat.

We are looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced bookings or customer service environment. Healthcare experience is not necessary.

Each day is different, the team is a mini family and there's lots of other perks to go alongside the job!

Key Job Details
· Base location: Manchester City Centre - Work Life, Core, Brown St, Manchester M2 1DH
· Hours: Full time (37.5)
· Shift pattern: Monday-Friday (7.5 hour shifts) between 8:00am - 8.00pm, & Saturdays 9am-3pm
· Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
· Commission: up to £300 per month - with a max OTE of £23,600 - £27,600

It is desirable that applicants have the following:
· Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
· Strong organisational and planning skills
· Computer literate with good working knowledge of all MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
· Ability to multi-task
· Problem solver, with the ability to think outside the box
· Experience in a similar role is essential
· Experience in outbound bookings/sales/customer service in essential

Duties of this role include:
· Efficiently book appointments, logging all enquiries and conversions on Pall Mall Medical's CRM system and medical management software systems
· Deal with all enquiries professionally, proactively and in a timely manner (specifically: telephone, online, live chat)
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge base of all products & services (including pricing), clinical staff (including GPs and consultants) such that patients are fully aware of what Pall Mall Medical can offer - this includes cross/up selling of services to patients
· Coordinate and schedule appointments and follow-up appointments as designated by physicians
· Deliver 5-star customer service to all clients, including VIP clients such as premiership footballers, media stars and influencers
· Effectively communicate with patients, physicians and other staff - within the PMM Clinics & external facilities - providing accurate, timely, and responsive information
· Demonstrate courtesy, empathy and helpfulness toward patients and their families
· Various other tasks as required to be necessary for the needs of the business.
