Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outbound Call Handler to join an expanding Law firm in Newcastle upon tyne you will join a busy Residential Conveyancing Administration team.

Permanent Contract, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

During your core hours you will be responsible for ensuring clients are provided a warm, courteous and professional welcome to the Firm. You will be responsible for dealing with outbound calls as directed, whilst ensuring calls are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Due to the nature of the role knowledge of residential property and the conveyancing process is desirable. Candidates should therefore have a background in either conveyancing, estate agency or mortgages.

Key areas of responsibility include responding to basic enquiries as per the guidance manual; recording notes of each call and, where necessary, liaising with the responsible case handler for any additional enquires; diarising appointments; making welcome calls; opening new files; populating client care letters; assisting with the identification of unallocated post, updating records and case management systems; and assisting with reception duties as required.
