Brook Street are looking for an Outbound Contact Centre Agent in the Bedminster area that can work Monday to Friday for a prestigious blinds company.

The hours of the role are as follows:
- Monday to Thursday - 12:00pm-8:00pm
- Friday - 10:00am-6:00pm

Candidates that have outbound call centre experience will be considered for the role. We have worked with the client for a while and have a very good relationship with them.

In the role you will expected to make outbound calls to existing and potential customers that have enquired or requested a brochure. Your main focus will be to up-sell and speak to them about the products and aim to secure an appointment with a consultant.
