Are you a motivated individual with a passion for engaging with people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the thrill of making sales?

If so, we want you to be part of our client's team located in Holywood as an Outbound Call Advisor

Our client is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our customers while supporting local charities through their raffle ticket sales. Our clients focus is that every call is an opportunity to connect, engage, and make a difference

  • Engage Customers:Make outbound calls to existing customers, introducing them to our raffle ticket offerings.
  • Promote Raffle Tickets:Clearly communicate the benefits of purchasing raffle tickets, including how their contributions support local causes.
  • Build Relationships:Establish rapport with customers, answer their questions, and address any concerns they may have.
  • Achieve Targets:Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM system

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Sales Experience:Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Positive Attitude:A friendly demeanor and enthusiasm for engaging with customers.
  • Self-Motivated:Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Team Player:Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
