Brook Street are currently recruiting Outbound Sales Advisors for our call centre client in Belfast
Immediate starts for successful applicants

Are you a call centre agent with at least 6 months experience?

You will be responsible for speaking with customers regarding products and services and dealing also with any complaints. The job will involve making outbound calls and converting queries to sales.

Applicants can come from a call centre, customer service or retail environment.

All that is required is a solid work history with at least 6 months in each job and the experience must be within the last 12 months. Strong communication skills are essential for the job and you must be tenacious to achieve targets.
