Outbound Sales Advisor

£18,380 starting salary rising to £20,150 after 6 months

Bonus earning potential up to £8,550 pa

Shift patterns will be variable and based on a 37.5 hour contract

Start date: 19th June 2019

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading contact centre in Nottingham.

Working on behalf of some of the world's leading manufacturer and retail brands, you'll take the worry out of appliance breakdowns for almost 9 million customers in the UK.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll make customers aware of the additional products they can purchase for added peace of mind; and will engage with a warm customer base who require your expert guidance and support. Working in a team of up to 15 Sales professionals, you'll enjoy a vibrant workplace in a fantastic city centre location.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, targeted environment. But this is a place where the customer always comes first, so you'll be a real people person too. Someone who has previous outbound sales experience together with excellent customer service skills and the natural ability to quickly build a rapport with others.
