BS Social Care is one of the UK`s leading recruitment specialists, specialising in sourcing and placing skilled workers into roles within the social care sector. You will be working for a company who provides outstanding care to young people who are trying to become more independent.

The role of outreach support worker is supporting young people aged 16-18, encouraging them to live independently and giving help and guidance with interviews and everyday living skills. You will be accompanying them to doctors appointments and dentists so access to your own car with business insurance is essential. Your mileage will be expenses.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, flexible and non-judgemental. You will have experience in the last 5 years working with children and young people. You will be open to full time hours, this opportunity tends to be Monday to Friday however you must be open to work the odd weekend.

You will have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have access to your own vehicle then we would love to hear from you!
