Job Description

A well established large national organization are recruiting for a Community Support Worker for their Outreach Service covering Yate and Kingswood areas in Bristol & South Gloucestershire. You will be supporting Adults who have Autism and no challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Support clients with everyday duties i.e. cleaning, laundry, shopping etc
- Manage them through their Support Plans (maintain good health and diet)
- Assist them with any activities or day centres they attend to
- Accompany them out & about in the community i.e bank appointments, health visits etc
- Encourage them with future goals they would like to achieve
- No personal care

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £16,250 per annum = £8.45 an hour
- 37 hours a week, Monday to Fridays with alternative weekends
- Shifts can vary between 8/9am - 7/10pm

Qualifying candidates:
- Have life, paid, personal or voluntary experience in care (any setting / sector)
- Must be a car driver
