Job Description

A well established large national organization are recruiting for a Waking Night Support Worker for their outreach services in Highbridge and Burnham on Sea, Somerset. You will be working with Adults, who have Autism and can display challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Support clients with morning and bedtime routines
- Cleaning and prep through the night
- Being hands on with clients if they wake up
- Some aspects or full personal care required but no manual handling / hoisting

Qualifying candidates:
- Have life, paid, personal or voluntary experience in care (any setting / sector)
- Must be a car driver with your own car

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £7,030 - £16,250 per annum = £8.45 an hour
- We have upto 16 - 37 hour contracts available, Monday to Fridays with alternative weekends
- Waking nights can vary between 9pm - 8am
