The role:
The Outreach Support Worker role involves supporting young people and referring them to other services. You will helping them with education and employment opportunities, you will be giving them to skills to manage adult life.

The ideal candidate:
You will have previous experience supporting young people and passionate about making a difference to their lives. You will be reliable, trustworthy and able to use your own initiative.

Interested in this role?
In order to be considered for this role you must need a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector. For this particular role you will need to have access to your own vehicle to travel across Lancashire.
