Brook Street are currently seeking an experienced PA to work for a government client, based in Bristol.
You will be part of the Executive Support Team who provide support to Directors. You will have your own Director to support but also work as a team to smooth peaks in workload and take on new pieces of work.
Main Duties Include:
-Provide PA and Administration support.
-Make travel decisions and arrangements.
-Prioritise and action emails.
-Facilitate and attend meetings.
-Monitor and improve various processes.
Experience and Skills Required:
-Be customer and delivery focused and enjoy working as part of a team.
-Be highly organised and have proven Administrative experience at a senior level, including diary and email management, note taking, travel schedules and action tracking.
-Experience of working with others to solve problems, making decisions independently and managing high workloads.
-The role requires a discrete manner, flexible working style, good planning skills and the ability to prioritise key tasks.
This is Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £11.66 per hour.
This assignment is ongoing until the end of July 2019, but may be extended depending on the business needs.
