Job Description

My client is based in Bicester and are looking for a PA to work within their Planning and Performance Forecasting Department. The main duties include providing support as required to the Head of Planning, the PP&F managers and the private provider contract manager. To develop and maintain a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service, including typing, minute taking, photocopying, diary management, arranging and recording appointments and meetings and scheduling work required in preparation for meetings.

To be considered for this role you must have proven PA, EA or Office Management experience and strong communication skills with the ability to build working relationships.

This position will be paying £11.18 and you will be paid weekly. This role is a temp to perm position and need someone with an immediate start.
