The PA role:

The post holder will be required to support the Finance and Operations Director in effective day to day running of the finance and operations department at Head Office.


Roles and responsibilities:
.Acting as Personal Assistant to Finance and Operations Director
.Assisting with various administrative tasks and queries (answering calls, managing inboxes, writing emails, creating meeting agendas, scheduling and attending meetings, taking minutes, diary management, event planning, making appointments, organising diaries etc)
.Producing written correspondence to a high standard
.Producing and update financial databases as required
.Processing and authorise payments as cover for finance department
Monitoring, update, chase and produce information
.Proof reading and audit of relevant paperwork and file creation
.Arranging travel and accommodation
.Sourcing properties and viewing properties for the business
.Liaising on behalf of the Senior Managers with Local Authorities on any relevant matters
.To assist Senior Managers in the development and growth of the business in line with the Business Objectives
.Maintaining strict confidentiality in all areas of work
.Meeting and greeting visitors, providing hospitality
.Assisting with project work for the business
.Supporting the business with health and safety tasks
.Ad hoc office duties as required

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
