Job Description

Brook Street UK Ltd are seeking CV`s on behalf of our Public Sector client based in Belfast

Our client has advised us that the roe is temporary and full time hours.

The successful applicant will be responsible for
Taking minutes at various meetings for the Assistant Director
Providing general admin for AD and Senior Management
Providing phone and office cover from 9am - 5pm.
Previous PA experience

This post is full-time, 37 hours Monday to Friday.

To be shortlisted for this role, you must have 5 GCSE`s including Maths and English. Experience as in a PA/Secretarial/Admin role would be an advantage

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.01 per hour paid on a weekly basis
