Job Description

We`re currently recruiting for a PA on a temporary basis based in Portsmouth. The role will be up to 6 weeks initially.

Your responsibilities will include, diary management, assist in drafting and typing letters/reports, compile adobe PDF documents, act as Secretary to various committees, boards and working groups.

You need to have excellent IT skills particularly Word and Adobe. You'll need to be professional on all telephone calls.

Working hours would be Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:15pm and Fridays 8:30am - 4:15pm. You will be paid £10 per hour.
