Job Description

PA

Brook Street are looking for a proactive, discreet and exceptionally organised PA.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will coordinate diaries, manage emails, organise travel and ensure day-to-day activities are completed.

Skills and experience:

You will be a professional, trustworthy and efficient individual with exceptional attention to detail.

You will like a well organised working environment and will ensure the office is run accordingly.

You'll be capable of composing and writing emails and letters in a suitably professional tone and without error.

You'll be an excellent communicator, capable of representing the Chief Executive on the phone and in written correspondence.

You'll have a high degree of attention to detail. Ensuring projects are delivered in a way the business would expect and you'll think ahead to spot potential issues before they arise.

You should be able to work in a busy and at times high pressure environment and manage the challenging schedules of the team.

Qualifications

You need to be trustworthy, professional, capable of managing very busy individuals and communicating with contacts around the world in person, by email, or by letter.

Proven previous experience in a PA role.
