Would you like to work with a well-known public sector organisation to assist the Director in ensuring that the organisation continues to deliver a fantastic, essential service to the public within Northern Ireland?
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Personal Assistant to manage the diaries of two Directors within our public sector client, ensure the Directors` time is managed effectively, and to process official correspondence.
The PA will take initiative on meeting requests, schedule meetings, make recommendations on travel and accommodation, draft responses to meeting invitations, liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, maintain accurate filing systems, and process the expenses of the Directors.
Although our client is based in Belfast, the majority of the staff are currently working from home and the successful candidate is expected to be working from home for the vast majority of their time in this role with very occasional days in the Belfast office.
The rate of pay is £12.72 per hour, the days of work are Monday to Friday, the hours of work are expected to be traditional office hours e.g. 0800-1600 or 0900-1700, and this role is a Maternity cover post and our client expects it to last for 1 year.
Candidates for this PA role must be able to demonstrate at least one year`s experience as a PA to a Director, experience of diary management, and experience of managing correspondence and meetings at Director level.
