Brook Street are currently recruiting for a PA to work for a government client based in Bristol City Centre.
Main duties include:
-Attending meetings to record minutes and actions
-Screening and directing emails
-Arranging meetings and travel
-Maintaining records and files
Skills and experience required:
-Experience as a secretary / PA
-Competent in use of MS Office applications, Office 365 and MS Teams
-Excellent communication skills both oral and written
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 0900-1700
Rate of pay is £12.45 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/03/2022 with a possibility of an extension.
