Job Description

My higher education client based in the City Centre is looking for a PA to support the Senior Executives within the departments.
Permanent - 35 hours per week
Monday - Friday
Office Based

You will work as part of a team, to provide high level administrative and personal assistant support:

This will include dealing with and resolving a wide range of matter, which will often be confidential, sensitive or urgent, and exercising sound judgement about the most appropriate course of action. The post holder will act as a key contact for information, liaising with all areas of the departments, providing specialist advice and problem solving where appropriate. You will also have the ability to manage upwards ensuring the best use of time/resource.

Experience

-Previous experience in a senior administrative position
-Experience of producing high quality documents, prepare draft agendas, collate information, distribute paperwork & track actions
-Competent in minute taking, diary management, travel & meeting arrangements
-Experience using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Email (Outlook)
-Managing expenses

Skills & Abilities

-Good communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff across the business
-Organised
-Ability to construct memos and letters from notes provided
-Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
