Job Description

Our Horley based government client is presently recruiting for a PA and Admin and Support Officer. Pay starts at £11.37 per hour and increases to £13 per hour after 12 working weeks. It is a long term (3 months) temporary full time assignment.

Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant used to managing busy diaries who is able to support the team lead as well as the rest of the admin team and network management team with diary management.

You will have excellent computer skills, be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and ideally have knowledge of Oracle as the role will also require you to undertake some finance related work i.e. the raising of purchase order numbers.

You will display a considerable degree of initiative, apply a high degree of confidentiality, possess mature judgement, have excellent organisational skills and be a team player.

You will also be involved in monthly events that the team hold at a venue in Gatwick which you will be required to attend.
