Job Description

PA - From Insurance/Financial Background
Hours - 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri 09.00 to 17.30
Salary - £30,000 to £35,000
Start - Immediately
Location - Surrey
Flexible Working - Minimum 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

My Client are a fast expanding, successful Insurance company. They provide insurance broking services and advice to clients throughout the UK currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their growing business.

Their head office is located in Surrey. Much of the company's success is due to its culture of promoting from within the business and it has an enviable staff retention record.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our 2 Owners by acting as a reliable point of contact, providing extensive diary and email management and co-coordinating the day-to-day function of a modern and busy office.

Who will this appeal to
You will have a proven background working as an experienced Personal Assistant and looking to further your career.

Having already worked in a similar role you'll know that no two days are the same when working with an Executive team. You will need to be able to multi-task, think one step ahead of the 2 owners and ensure that your diary management skills are second to none.

Due to the variety of clients they act for, you will need to be comfortable communicating with a wide variety of people and have excellent communication skills. You will act as a reliable gatekeeper and first point of contact for the 2 Owners.

You will be comfortable using your own judgement, making decisions and taking responsibility for your actions. You will be required to adhere to the strictest level of confidentiality and work with high levels of accuracy at all times.

You will be known for your attention to detail and work with a methodical approach and be comfortable working to deadlines.

At times you will make decisions on behalf of the owners and so being able to manage your own workflow and managing competing deadlines is essential.
