    Oxford
    £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
    Monday - Friday

A fabulous opportunity for a professional Executive Assistant to join a UK-based Christian not for profit organisation to provide support on a Maternity Cover contract. The role is to provide a pivotal executive support service to the Global Media Director of a charity with a friendly, welcoming culture and a warm working atmosphere.

Providing administrative support, high level of competency and professionalism, diary management, communication and other support. You will also have the opportunity to become a member of a Christian community. Your key responsibilities would include:

Day-to-day diary planning and management including co-ordination and logistics of travel for the Global Media Director Acting as the first point of contact via organdie, telephone and in person
Attending meeting and building/maintaining relationships with external organizations and individuals
Work closely with global team to help deliver the organizations media strategy
Working in teams and carry out own research for media purposes
Gathering updates from global team about upcoming events and media opportunities along with research and awareness of relevant media addressed issues

You will be proficient in managing significant levels of written and verbal communication at a range of organisational levels and have excellent interpersonal skills including awareness of confidentiality and discretion. A great team player but also able to work on their own. Experience of carrying out research and social media within a work context would be beneficial
