Brook Street are looking for an experienced and reliable PA to join a growing organisation on a 6 month fixed term contract basis starting ASAP. The hours of work for this role are 9AM - 5PM and you must be available immediately or a 2 week notice to be considered for this role. This role has the potential to be extended beyond May and a likely start date to be the first week of December.
What will you do as PA?
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings
- Create and maintain great working relationships
- Document creation in alignment with Microsoft and Adobe Indesign
- Sending reports and bid processing
- Take minutes of in person and online meetings
- Act as the first point of contact for calls and correspondence
What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
- Previous experience in a PA role supporting multiple individuals
- Very skilled in Microsoft packages especially Word and Excel
- Experience in Adobe InDesign is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
