Job Description


Brook Street are looking for an experienced and reliable PA to join a growing organisation on a 6 month fixed term contract basis starting ASAP. The hours of work for this role are 9AM - 5PM and you must be available immediately or a 2 week notice to be considered for this role. This role has the potential to be extended beyond May and a likely start date to be the first week of December.

What will you do as PA?

  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings
  • Create and maintain great working relationships
  • Document creation in alignment with Microsoft and Adobe Indesign
  • Sending reports and bid processing
  • Take minutes of in person and online meetings
  • Act as the first point of contact for calls and correspondence

What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?

  • Previous experience in a PA role supporting multiple individuals
  • Very skilled in Microsoft packages especially Word and Excel
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
