Job Description

Are you looking for your next PART TIME PA / EA role in the Watford area?

We are currently looking to recruit to join a large and busy Pharmaceutical company, working with a fun and lively team; you'll be based in Watford and will enjoy a great atmosphere.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday 10am until 2pm

As part of this exciting position you will be expected to deal with:

Complex Diary management - accept/ decline / offer alternate times for any appointments
Flexibility to attend team meetings if requested, this may be at an off site location
Book suitable meetings including rooms and refreshments and communicate details to attendees
Arrange travel and logistics as required
Book and manage Performance / Developmental review appointments with their Direct Reports
Create and update the Organisational Charts and distribute as appropriate
Managing director's expenses using the online system (Expense Express)
Any other tasks deemed necessary by the appointed Business Directors
