Our client based in the City of London is recruiting for an experienced Secretary with either A'levels or formal secretarial training to join their HR dept.
They are looking for someone who can provide PA support to the HR Director and can also provide HR admin support to the wider team.
They are a very corporate and professional organisation and would prefer candidates who already have experience working in a similar City environment
You will have strong organisational skills and outstanding MS Office skills -specifically you will need to be an expert in Word,Excel and PowerPoint as you will be regularly utilising mail-merge, as well as creating spreadsheets and presentations for board meetings for the HR Director. Please note these skills will be assessed as part of the interview process
If you do have some experience in HR that would be ideal but recent secretarial experience is essential
They are looking for someone with immaculate presentation, with a warm and professional manner who can deal with all levels within the company.
The normal hours are 9-5.30 but we do need someone who is happy to work slightly later as required on a regular basis
They are offering a very competitive salary of up to £35000 and the role is immediately available!
