Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a part-time P.A / Secretary to work for a government client based in Bristol City Centre.

Main duties include:


- Composing non-routine correspondence

- Compiling reports

- Transcribing dictation

- Typing documents, using word processor or spreadsheet software

- Receiving visitors

- Screening and directing manager's telephone calls

- Diary management

- Arranging meetings or travel

- Maintaining records or files

Skills and experience required:


-Advanced audio typing skills


-Experience as an Executive Secretary / P.A


-An advanced level of computer literacy and wide knowledge of relevant software packages


-Excellent communication skills both oral and written

This is a part-time position working 3 days per week but must include a Monday.

Rate of pay is £12.45 per hour

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 30th July 2021, with a possibility of an extension.
